Robert Rickner is an Oklahoma based maker that offers unparalleled craftsmanship & creativity. During his ten year career with factor 110, an event and destination management company, Rob realized his passion for set design, prop-making and event fabrication. He has designed and built custom props, stage sets, trade show booths, and branded statement pieces that have traveled all over the United States for a wide range of clientele. Other notable projects include the design and construction of Oklahoma Shakespeare in the Park’s indoor stage and two story stage set for their Paseo District location, as well as the design and construction of the stage set for The Vanguart’s production of La’Charles Purvey’s “The Life Cycle of a Butterfly” at the Howard Theater at Heritage Hall.
Robert utilizes a variety of materials and processes in his work, often innovative and unconventional, and completely customizes each project. His understanding of technology and live production allows him to collaborate with lighting & video designers and integrate your technology into his design.
He earned the Certified Event Rental Professional (CERP) designation through the American Rental Association.
Robert has been building and working with tools from a young age and has executed residential projects, as well as commercial projects.
